Amy is a compassionate and inspired yogini who has been teaching for almost 2 decades in New York City and now on the CT shoreline. Her yoga classes reflect an in-depth understanding of the body and movement and integrate fundamentals of alignment, breath and flow. Students say that her classes are like “a big massage,” soothing yet vigorous, meditative and rejuvenating.
She offers a few different types of yoga classes but all aim to awaken the body - to help us become more grounded, energized and clear and to nurture the unique physical home we each have.
